Rotational Programs
These two-year programs for recent college graduates provide you with in-depth experiences across the SPX enterprise. Throughout your rotational assignments, you will develop leadership competencies and build technical strengths within your functional expertise. The programs will springboard you into the career best suited for your interests. Current rotational programs include Accounting and Finance, Engineering and Human Resources opportunities.
You’ll rotate among different positions in a specific field — working within different SPX companies in varying geographic locations. Participants in our rotational programs are exposed to:
