Before joining Insteel, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Big River Steel, a private equity-owned manufacturer of steel products, from 2019 until its sale to U.S. Steel in 2020. Previously, Mark served in senior management roles with Babcock &#038; Wilcox, a publicly held manufacturer of industrial technology, from 2013 to 2018, including Senior Vice President, Finance and Controller of their Industrial Segment and Senior Vice President, Corporate Development and Treasurer. Prior to this role, he served as President of the HVAC Heating platform starting in 2013, with responsibility for Weil-McLain, Marley Engineered Products, and Patterson-Kelley. In 2015, he also assumed responsibility for the company\u2019s Location &amp; Inspection platform, including Radiodetection, Schonstedt, CUES, and Sensors &amp; Software. Previously, John served as President of SPX Hydraulic Technologies and Vice President of New Venture Development for SPX.
