CHARLOTTE, N.C.,\u00a0July 08, 2019\u00a0(GLOBE NEWSWIRE) —\u00a0SPX Corporation\u00a0(NYSE:SPXC) today announced that it has completed the acquisition of\u00a0SGS Refrigeration Inc.\u00a0(\u201cSGS\u201d), based in\u00a0Dixon, Illinois.\u00a0 SGS is a manufacturer and distributor of industrial refrigeration products in the North American market.<\/p>\n
