Further Expands and Strengthens SPX\u2019s Position in Engineered Lighting Solutions<\/b><\/center><\/p>\n

CHARLOTTE, N.C.,\u00a0April 19, 2021\u00a0(GLOBE NEWSWIRE) —\u00a0SPX Corporation\u00a0(\u201cSPX\u201d) (NYSE: SPXC) today announced that it has completed the acquisition of\u00a0Sealite Pty Ltd\u00a0(\u201cSealite\u201d) and affiliated entities, including\u00a0Avlite Systems\u00a0and\u00a0Star2M Pty Ltd.\u00a0Sealite is a leader in the design and manufacture of marine and aviation Aids to Navigation (\u201cAtoN\u201d) products, with headquarters in Somerville,\u00a0Australia\u00a0and operations in\u00a0the United States,\u00a0Singapore,\u00a0Colombia\u00a0and the\u00a0United Kingdom.<\/p>\n

Sealite\u2019s results will be reported as part of SPX\u2019s AtoN platform within its Detection & Measurement segment.\u00a0SPX anticipates updating 2021 guidance to reflect Sealite when reporting Q1 2021 results on\u00a0May 6th<\/sup>, and currently anticipates that Sealite will contribute annualized revenue in a range of\u00a0$30 million\u00a0to\u00a0$40 million.<\/p>\n
