While CDTA more efficiently manages its revenue stream through robust data analytics and reporting, its riders benefit from simplified payment options and ridership incentive programs along with simplified payment and replenishment choices. The hassle-free, highly secure system allows customers to manage their accounts online, with abilities to review usage history and automatically renew.<\/p>\n<p>According to CDTA CEO Carm Basile, dozens of riders have registered every day for the Navigator program since it launched in early January.
